👩‍💻 About The Role We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to act as a force multiplier across Flower’s product portfolio. You won’t own a single backlog. You’ll shape the bets we make, set product direction, and raise the standard of how we decide what to build - across prediction, optimization, trading, and platform capabilities. You’ll work closely with engineers, energy market experts, and commercial teams - not to coordinate their work, but to sharpen it. The energy transition is one of the defining infrastructure challenges in Europe. This is a chance to shape it from the inside.

Our optimization engine allocates battery capacity across energy and balancing markets, prices flexibility against its opportunity cost, and dispatches assets in real time as conditions shift. You’ll help shape what this system becomes: which capabilities to build, how to sequence them across markets and geographies, and where to make deliberate bets versus where to stay
