Gazella is developing an AI-first recruitment platform built entirely around autonomous agents, intelligent automation and retrievalbased systems. Instead of adding AI features on top of a traditional product, Gazella’s architecture is built from the ground up with AI as the foundation. With over 70 employees, Gazella combines fast execution and short decision paths with the stability of a profitable company that already has real users and strong distribution. You will join a compact product team consisting of the CTO, two engineers and one designer. The team works closely, iterates quickly and prioritizes clarity and impact over complexity. Tasks and responsibilities As a Product Engineer at Gazella, you work across the entire product lifecycle - from identifying opportunities to shipping production-ready solutions. The role is fullstack and handson, but also heavily product driven. You will talk to recruiters and clients, understand their problems, design AI powered workflows and build systems that automate core recruitment processes such as matching, screening and communication. AI is integrated at every layer. You will work with internal agents, RAG pipelines, reasoning systems and data retrieval setups that support decisionmaking at scale. You also collaborate directly with the CTO and influence both technical and product direction.
