About the Role You will join a small, collaborative team working with floor saw and soff-cut products, where ideas are valued, responsibility is shared, and different perspectives matter. This is a broad engineering role for someone who enjoys seeing the full picture and wants to work close to both the product and the technology behind it. The role covers both product maintenance and new product development across the full lifecycle. You will contribute from early concepts and design discussions through testing, refinement and finished machines. Working at the intersection of mechanics, electronics and software, you will help shape complete system solutions that are both innovative and practical. Because the work is varied and often hands-on, you will combine analytical engineering with practical problem-solving and close collaboration across disciplines.
