Senior DevOps Engineer - Hemfrid Stockholm

About the role As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be a key part of our technology platform and infrastructure. You’ll work closely with developers, architects, and product owners to ensure our systems are scalable, secure, stable, and easy to maintain. The role combines hands-on engineering with long-term platform thinking, giving you significant influence over our technical direction.

You will: • Design, maintain, and evolve our cloud infrastructure — with a strong focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.

Develop and optimize our CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, secure, and predictable deployments.

Strengthen system reliability through robust observability: metrics, dashboards, and alerting.

Automate infrastructure using tools such as Terraform, Terragrunt, Helm, or similar.

Collaborate closely with development teams to improve workflows, pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Build and operate container-based platforms (Kubernetes or similar orchestrators).

Drive cloud security, IAM, and compliance within our platform.

Prevent and manage incidents, improve system resilience, and eliminate recurring issues.

Your profile • Several years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in modern cloud environments.

Strong expertise in GCP and/or Azure (preferred over AWS).

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or similar).
