Fullstack Developer - Developer Experience & AI Innovation, Lund

Axis has a strong network of partners who develop creative software solutions on top of our hardware and software portfolio. We are working to provide a world-class Developer Experience (DevEx) for these partners, ensuring they have the tools, services, and examples they need to succeed.
We are now looking for a versatile Fullstack Developer who thrives on solving unpredictable problems and has a passion for modern cloud technologies and AI. In this role, you won't just be writing code; you will be building the platform and the "gold standard" examples that enable external developers to build the future of security and vision-based analytics.
What you'll do here day-to-day:
Build & Operate: Develop and maintain cloud-native services and web applications so that external developers can work smoothly with Axis integration offer. We take full DevOps responsibility for what we build.
Enhance the Experience: Collaborate with other R&D teams to refine their services, ensuring they meet the needs of our partners
Innovate with AI: Our team has an AI First mindset - we build with AI, for AI. We explore together how to use AI tools in our development workflow, and we design our developer experience with AI in mind.
Frontend & Backend: Build responsive, component-based frontends in React/TypeScript and scalable backends primarily in Go or Node.js.
Solve the Unknown: Work in a tight-knit team where we tackle new, complex technical challenges daily-often problems we haven't encountered before.
