Assignment Description
We are currently looking for a highly experienced Senior MES Consultant
What You Will Work On
Lead implementation and continuous development of a new MES landscape
Define and drive roadmap, priorities, and execution planning
Translate operational and production requirements into technical solutions
Coordinate activities across production, automation, IT, and supplier teams
Support integration between manufacturing, enterprise, and operational systems
Drive project governance and stakeholder alignment
Improve manufacturing information flows and operational visibility
Ensure successful implementation of production-near digital solutions
Support process standardization and operational optimization initiatives
Facilitate decision-making across technical and business stakeholders
Manage dependencies and maintain delivery momentum across initiatives
Contribute to long-term manufacturing digitalization strategies
What You Bring
Extensive experience working with MES platforms in manufacturing environments
Proven track record delivering large-scale production system implementations
Strong understanding of manufacturing information flows and operational processes
Experience integrating MES with ERP, WMS, and production systems
Strong knowledge of ISA-95 principles and manufacturing architectures
Experience leading projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders
Ability to drive requirements, planning, and implementation activities
Strong business understanding combined with technical execution capability
Experience operating in complex production environments
Excellent communication and stakehol
