Senior Legal Counsel - Finland (Temporary Position)

Vivicta is now looking for a qualified in-house lawyer for a temporary full-time position as a replacement for a Senior Legal Counsel in Finland during maternity leave. If you can independently handle a broad range of legal matters in an international business environment, we offer exciting and challenging tasks with good opportunities for professional development during this nine-month assignment.

How we work

You report directly to Vivicta's Head of Commercial Legal and support the operations in Finland and, when needed, the legal department in the Nordics and other countries where Vivicta has operations. Your work will mainly involve reviewing and drafting agreements, participating in internal and external meetings and being responsible for various legal issues in areas such as contract law, company law, public procurement and IT law. You will act as legal advisor both in relation to other internal support functions and within the company's various areas of activity.

Examples of work tasks:

Ongoing legal support to the various parts of the business regarding customer projects and internal issues.

Prepare and review agreements, as well as work with template and steering documents for the business.

Negotiations with customers and suppliers.

Contact person for external lawyers who are procured for specific projects.
