About this role

What will you be doing?

You’ll work on large-scale projects featuring complex systems such as entertainment, navigation, and communication technologies. Together with your team, you’ll be responsible for the installation of a specific area of the yacht – for example, the engine room or the sundeck. You’ll maintain oversight, bring structure, and apply your technical expertise. You’ll be both technically involved and responsible for coordination – a role where you truly make a difference.

Your responsibilities include:

You act as a hands-on supervisor, sharing your technical knowledge with your team

You monitor progress and planning in your assigned area and make adjustments as needed

You collaborate closely with the Production Supervisor to ensure work is well-organised and efficient

You’ll be both technically involved and responsible for coordination – a role where you truly make a difference.

Who are you?

You have solid experience in electrical engineering and know how to lead a team towards results. You’re able to set priorities, value clear communication, and take ownership of the quality of work. You enjoy solving complex technical challenges together with your team.

You bring:

An MBO diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field

Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English

Experience with complex maritime installations is a plus

The motivation to help build truly impressive projects together
