About this role

What will you be doing?

As a hands-on foreman, you’ll lead a team of 2 to 3 electricians. You’ll plan the work, carry out technical tasks yourself, and act as the primary point of contact on site. You’ll work closely with the project manager and coordinate daily with various stakeholders both inside and outside the project.

Your responsibilities include:

Creating and managing a detailed work schedule

Leading your team and setting the right priorities and approach

Providing progress reports to the project management team

Acting as the contact point for colleagues, the yard, and external partners

This role combines technical involvement with daily team coordination – making your work both varied and impactful.

Who are you?

You’re a skilled electrician with experience in the maritime sector. You enjoy leading others, aren’t afraid to make decisions, and always keep an eye on quality, planning, and safety.

You bring:

MBO+ level of working and thinking

A diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field

Strong communication skills

The confidence and decisiveness to take charge when needed
