About this role

What will you do?

As a Hardware Engineer, you’ll contribute to industrial projects with a strong emphasis on quality and innovation. You'll translate user requirements into technical designs, manage the planning and budget for your scope of work, and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include:

Designing main and sub-distribution boards and PLC control panels

Selecting components and materials

Managing technical files and documentation

Implementing standards within E-Plan

Communicating with colleagues, clients, and suppliers

Who are you?

You are an experienced hardware engineer who maintains oversight of the entire project, enjoys taking responsibility, and continues to deepen your technical expertise. You’re comfortable navigating between theory and practice and enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You bring:

A higher vocational degree (HBO) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation

Experience with E-Plan P8 and AutoCAD

Familiarity with standards such as NEN 1010, the Machinery Directive, and ATEX

Experience with 3D design is an advantage

Strong verbal and written communication skills
