As a <strong>Global Key Account Manager</strong>, you play a critical role in accelerating our global fleet and business sales.</p><p>You will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of global accounts, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, and driving commercial growth across multiple regions. Working closely with local Fleet Sales teams, you will expand our global key account footprint and position Polestar as a preferred partner for enterprise customers.<br></p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Drive global key account sales performance across assigned accounts and markets</p></li><li><p>Lead and manage relationships with global customers, leasing companies, and key stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Act as the single point of contact for global tenders and customer engagements</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with HQ, regional, and local teams to deliver a consistent commercial approach</p></li><li><p>Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer requirements</p></li><li><p>Develop and submit competitive commercial proposals and bespoke terms</p></li><li><p>Organize and facilitate vehicle demonstrations and customer presentations</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate customer data, pipeline, and activity tracking in Salesforce</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships across markets</p></li><li><p>Act as a brand ambassador for Polestar in all customer interactions<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Who you are</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent</p></li><li><p>Minimum 3 years’ experience in fleet sales, B2B sales, or account management</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of tender processes and framework agreements</p></li><li><p>Proven experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce</p></li><li><p>Experienced in working in an international, multicultural environment</p></li><li><p>Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills </p></li><li><p>Well-connected within relevant stakeholder networks (e.g. corporate clients, leasing companies)</p></li><li><p>Able to work independently in a remote, global setup</p></li><li><p>Apart from your native language, you need to be Fluent in English<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>People at Polestar</strong></p><p>We know that a change is needed.
