About the role

A proactive, structured, and hands-on Marketing Manager is now being recruited to translate strategic direction into effective lead generation, marketing, and communication activities.

This is a broad, end-to-end role with a strong commercial focus, where driving lead generation is at the core. In a small and agile company, you will own the full marketing mix, from shaping messaging and planning campaigns to coordinating conferences, always with a data-driven approach and a laser focus on impact.

This role requires a hands-on mindset and a willingness to take initiative, find creative solutions, test and learn, and continuously improve. You will work closely with the rest of the organization but not be part of a large marketing team, which means a high level of ownership and autonomy.

The role is Sweden-based with the expectation to visit the Uppsala office regularly, particularly in the early stages to build relationships and get up to speed with the team. The culture is open, collaborative, and purpose-driven.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute lead generation, marketing campaigns across channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Google, email), including follow-up and optimization.

Create and publish content for website, social media, and newsletters, ensuring a consistent brand voice.

Develop marketing materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and customer cases.

Manage and update website content, with a focus on SE
