Assignment Description
We are currently looking for a Field Quality Design Engineer
What You Will Work On
Manage and coordinate Field Quality (FQ) cases related to chassis systems and vehicle components
Perform technical investigations and drive issue resolution activities
Execute root cause analysis and define corrective and preventive actions
Support implementation of design updates and product improvements
Validate solutions and ensure technical effectiveness before deployment
Collaborate with production, sourcing, aftermarket, and quality organizations
Participate in technical reviews and engineering decision-making
Support engineering change and deviation management processes
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal standards, and regulatory expectations
Improve methods, processes, and product quality practices
Contribute to customized and special-order engineering deliveries
Balance multiple engineering activities in a dynamic project environment
What You Bring
BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
Experience in design engineering within automotive, heavy vehicle, or industrial environments
Proven experience handling field quality issues, product deviations, or improvement initiatives
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
Experience conducting root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions
Knowledge of quality methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, and Ishikawa
Experience collaborating across multiple engineering and operational functions
Ability to communicate technical topics clearly with diverse stakeholders
