Customer Support Specialist
We are now looking for a Customer Support Specialist to strengthen our Sales team in Jyväskylä Finland.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations of our customer motorsport project. Your main responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks, coordinating orders, and providing exceptional service to our customers.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will represent TGR-WRT in all your interactions and act as a contact for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include preparing and processing sales orders with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery, maintaining and updating customer records and sales databases, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will handle customer complaints and feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
Previous technical work experience or education is beneficial, but enthusiasm and an ambitious attitude are the most important qualities to us. Most importantly, we value a proactive attitude and passion for the field. Our team is international, so we hope you have the courage to use your English skills
Who we are looking for
Previous experience of after sales (spare parts)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills; good English skills, both written and oral
Background in motorsports is seen as a benefit
Business and/or technical education or gained work experience
Experience in ERP, sales process, and order handling
Technical understanding is seen as a benefit
