About the Role
The Project Manager will play a critical role in coordinating and driving execution of large and mid-scale, cross-functional initiatives throughout Customer Success. This role will partner with Initiative Owners to ensure alignment, remove roadblocks, and drive forward progress.
This individual must be comfortable navigating both technical and business environments, stepping into varied and dynamic initiatives to synchronize teams, maintain focus on business outcomes, and ensure seamless execution. The ideal candidate is versatile, persistent, and solutions-driven, while engaging stakeholders at all levels.
