Your role and responsibilities

Working as a Project Manager within our world class Motion High Power R&D, you will oversee the execution of product development projects in our Low Voltage System Drives and Renewable Power Business lines in our journey towards enabling a low carbon society. The role is based in Finland, Helsinki, Pitäjänmäki.

You will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction at every stage of the project. You will guide, coach, and develop the skills and knowledge of the project team. You will be mainly accountable for:Leading efficiently the project and the project team to deliver the pre-defined deliverables by identifying and addressing project bottlenecks

Defining project plan and the priority between the scope, budget, schedule, risk management and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Monitoring and controlling project implementation to ensure delivery of commitments and targeted milestones and gates

Building and maintaining trusting relationships with the steering committee and the other stakeholders

Managing the project according to agreed requirements, and that relevant guidelines are followed
