ITOM Architect
About this role
We are looking for an ITOM Architect to lead the design and implementation of our IT Operations Management capabilities. You will unify technical delivery, process development, and architecture into a coherent program, ensuring production-grade Discovery and Event Management, rationalizing the monitoring landscape, and enabling a cloud-ready operating model.
The ITOM Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering a coherent IT Operations Management capability that integrates technical delivery, process maturity, and architecture into a sustainable production model.
The role ensures that Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and monitoring integrations operate reliably at scale, support business-critical services, and align with cloud transformation and regulatory requirements. Provide target architecture and phased roadmap to get there.
Requirements
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM (incl. Discovery, Service Mapping and Event management)
- Deep understanding CMDB and CSDM
- Configuration Item's lifecycle and data governance
- Experience with monitoring tools (Azure monitor, Dynatrace etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure and AWS
- Ability to design end-to-end architectures
- Understanding of data models, dependencies and service topologies
- Strong understanding of ITIL (Event, Incident, change and configuration management)
- Experience of defining operating models and governance frameworks.
- Experience delivering production-grade solutions (not pilots)
- Understanding support models and scalability
- Stakeholder management across IT operations, architecture and cloud teams
- Experience in regulated environments and familiarity with DORA and EBA guidelines.
