As part of our strategic growth, we are hiring a new Global Business Line (BL) Controller for both our Low Voltage Drives an d Motors & Generators Services Business Line s in Motion Services.

In this role, you'll shape the financial strategy for our business line s and act as a strategic business partner to the Global Business Line s Manager s and the Business Line s leadership team. Y ou will shape the global business model and optimize financial performance across Service Support Units and countries. You will support effective decision-making by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate business alternatives and recommend optimal solutions. You will also optimize financial performance while championing sustainable practices across the value chain to maximize net income for the global Business Line s .

As part of the Motion Services' Finance Leadership Team, you will govern the definition and implementation of global standards, and business specific financial control guidelines, contributing to the successful deployment of the overall business strategy.

While the role is open globally, our preferred location is set in Helsinki, Finland. Willingness to travel is required (up to 30% of the time yearly) andt he work model is hybrid
