Join us in Turku as the Global Product Manager for Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT). As the productmanageryou will lead theproduct strategyto deliver innovative solutions through scientific knowledge, strategicrelationshipsand market scouting. You willoverseeyour product linesproduct development and execution end-to-end and at global level, closelycollaboratingwith cross-functional teams - including R&D, Operations,Salesand Marketing - to ensure new products (NPI) and the overall Product Lifecycle Management respond to corporateprofitabilityguidelines. Supportsales enablementthrough product training and technical support to enable continuousrevenue growthandoptimalcustomer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- PRODUCT STRATEGY AND EXECUTION
- Define and communicate theproduct vision,roadmapand strategy
- Gather and analyze user feedback,market trends, and competitive landscape
- Govern strategic customer networks forsolution-oriented partnerships; translate customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories
- Owner ofglobalproduct lifecycle end-to-end
- Lead new product launches, through coordination of cross functional efforts during theNPI Business Case Managementand Approval Process
- Lead Sales Enablement through collaboration with marketing, supporting product training and strategic Technical Support escalations
