Job Description

As Head of E‑Commerce at Weekday, you will own and drive weekday.com’s digital sales strategy, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and an inspiring customer experience. You will lead daily trading, commercial execution, and site optimisation, working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Tech, and Digital teams to strengthen Weekday’s online presence and performance.

This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role where strategy meets execution, and where commercial decisions are driven by data, creativity, and customer insight

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Define and execute the e‑commerce strategy to drive growth, conversion, and profitability

Lead commercial planning for weekday.com, including campaigns, promotions, and product launches in line with the overall commercial plan for Weekday

Own daily trading and merchandising operations, ensuring optimal site presentation and accurate product data

Drive daily trading and merchandising operations in partnership with the Head of Merchandising, ensuring optimal site presentation and accurate product data.

Collaborate closely with Head of Digital Omni Experience and Head of Tech to deliver a seamless, brand‑aligned customer journey

Use data insights, analytics, and A/B testing to continuously optimise performance and user experience

Monitor and act on key KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and AOV

Lead, coach, and develop the e‑commerce team, while fostering strong cross‑functional collaboration

Stay up to date with e‑commerce trends, digital innovation, and platform capabilities to keep Weekday competitive

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams across Commercial, Marketing, Digital, Tech, and Analytics, as well as with Brand and Creative partners. You will act as a key connector across functions, ensuring alignment between customer experience, commercial goals, and technical delivery.
