Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with GMP expertise

What You Will Work On

Lead investment, installation, and development projects from initiation to completion

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and execution strategies

Plan and manage timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and project governance

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality outcomes

Develop technical specifications and drive procurement activities for equipment and contractors

Coordinate installations, supplier activities, and site execution planning

Prepare and manage Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and delivery activities

Ensure testing, qualification, training, and readiness activities are completed according to plan

Lead project meetings and steering committee governance processes

Maintain structured stakeholder communication across internal and external parties

Ensure compliance with regulatory expectations and internal quality standards

Drive continuous progress and successful project implementation

What You Bring

5–10 years of project management experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing or comparable industrial environments

Proven experience leading capital-intensive investment projects (approximately 10–50 MSEK)

Strong technical background with experience managing complex technical initiatives

Experience working with established project delivery methodologies

Strong understanding of GMP requirements and regulated environments (mandatory)

Experience leading facility upgrades, installations, rebuilds, or investment programs
