The focus is on real cloud infrastructure operations in Azure and AWS. You will bring both technical credibility and leadership in daily operations. It is a strong fit if you have worked in roles such as Tower Lead, Team Lead – Cloud, Cloud Operations Lead, or a similar position. Job DescriptionYou will work hands-on with cloud infrastructure operations in Azure and AWS. You will help drive the evolution of change management processes beyond general ITIL awareness. You will contribute to incident process knowledge and continuous improvement in operational ways of working. You will support and guide cloud operations from both a technical and leadership perspective. You will help create structure and direction in a cloud operations setup where practical experience matters. RequirementsExperience from change management evolution, not only general ITIL awareness. Knowledge of incident processes. Hands-on experience from cloud infrastructure operations. Strong working knowledge of Azure and/or AWS infrastructure. Background from roles such as Tower Lead, Team Lead – Cloud, Cloud Operations Lead, or similar. You have worked with cloud infrastructure operations rather than data engineerin
