Responsibilities
- You will shape and evolve how leadership and culture are defined, experienced, and activated across the company.

- Translate strategy into action - turning strategic priorities into clear leadership expectations, behaviours, and decision principles
- Make complexity simple - cut through fragmented processes and build mechanisms that actually work in practice
- Drive real impact - ensuring leadership and culture initiatives translate into measurable business outcomes
- Shape employee listening - building a system that not only captures insights but ensures action and accountability
- Leverage data, AI and analytics to strengthen leadership effectiveness and culture development
- Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the business
