Responsibilities

  • You will shape and evolve how leadership and culture are defined, experienced, and activated across the company.
  • You will:Challenge the status quo - constructively pushing senior leaders and the organization to rethink how leadership drives results
  • Translate strategy into action - turning strategic priorities into clear leadership expectations, behaviours, and decision principles
  • Make complexity simple - cut through fragmented processes and build mechanisms that actually work in practice
  • Drive real impact - ensuring leadership and culture initiatives translate into measurable business outcomes
  • Shape employee listening - building a system that not only captures insights but ensures action and accountability
  • Leverage data, AI and analytics to strengthen leadership effectiveness and culture development
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the business
