Nice to meet you! I'm Milja Valentine, a Senior Talent Partner at LeadDesk. Together with Sanna Mutka, who leads our CPaaS Operations (communications platform as a service), the telecom side of LeadDesk's contact center business. We are now looking for a Commercial Product Manager to join our team and help develop and commercialise our CPaaS offering across Europe.
This is a hands-on role combining product managemnet, operational improvement, and commercial ownership. You will work closely with sales, finance, operations, and technical teams to improve how our telecom and CPaaS services are packaged, priced, and operationally managed. This role is about bringing more structure, clarity, and commercial value into a growing business area. You will also collaborate closely with Sales to support customer discussions, improve commercial offering structures, and help ensure our solutions meet both customer and business needs.
