Nice to meet you! I'm Milja Valentine, a Senior Talent Partner at LeadDesk. Together with Samu Lehtonen, our CPaaS Operations Manager, we are now looking for a VoIP Engineer to join our CPaaS Operations team in Helsinki.
CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) is the telecom side of LeadDesk's contact center business and an important growth area for us. In this role, you'll work close to the core of our telecom and VoIP infrastructure, helping us maintain, develop, and troubleshoot the environments and services that support LeadDesk's voice traffic across Europe.
