Responsibilities
- As a Lead UX Designer, you will help create high-quality games that are playable, enjoyable, and accessible to a broad audience. In this role, you will work closely with your team daily and develop and execute a strategic UX vision for each of our games, demonstrating a deep understanding of our audience and their needs as players.
- You will maintain consistent relationships with players and provide valuable insights to the team, enabling a player-centric approach to improving game features and iterations. Your excellent communication skills and strong sense of teamwork make you a supportive collaborator. You are passionate about accessibility, with years of experience advocating for best practices and championing inclusive design. As the studio's accessibility expert, you will lead accessibility efforts, mentor your team, and ensure our games are welcoming to all players.
