What will you get to do with us?
As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for leading local improvement and operational teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and identifying opportunities across the supply chain.
In this role you will:
Lead multidisciplinary teams to identify process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
Use data and systematic tools to improve efficiency, throughput, and capacity utilization
Review process performance and optimize the use of resources, equipment, and materials
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices across operations
Create and maintain KPIs and scorecards to track performance and results
Implement Operational Excellence ways of working and support a strong continuous improvement culture

What we expect from you:
Relevant degree (e.g. Industrial Engineering or similar)
Strong hands-on experience in Lean manufacturing and process improvement
Experience in leading teams and projects
Strong understanding of operational and production environments
Practical experience with Six Sigma
