We are looking for an experienced Offering Lead to build and lead the ServiceNow offering and practice in Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the ServiceNow go-to-market strategy together with functional leads in Finance, Risk and HR consulting, and leading the growth of our ServiceNow practice in the Finnish market.
Your responsibilities include owning sales targets and revenue KPIs, building and developing the local ServiceNow team, and driving client engagement and participating in project delivery. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of our ServiceNow offering and influence how the team evolves as we scale.

Developing and executing the ServiceNow strategy and go-to-market plan for the Finnish market, positioning our solutions competitively and driving market awareness.
Owning sales targets and revenue KPIs for the ServiceNow, with accountability for commercial performance and growth.
Building, leading, and developing the Finland ServiceNow team, including recruitment, capability development, and retention of top talent. You will shape the team structure and influence how we scale our capabilities to meet market demand.
