Job Purpose

The Business Development Manager UCaaS & CCaaS is

responsible for driving growth of Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions within the Maverick division of TD SYNNEX

.

This role focuses on developing business with selected channel partners,

increasing vendor adoption, and expanding TD SYNNEX’s market share in cloud communications solutions

.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow new and existing channel partners
  • focused on UCaaS & CCaaS solutions
  • Drive pipeline creation and support partners
  • in closing mid-sized and strategic deals
  • Increase vendor market share
  • through focused partner engagement and business planning
  • Act as the main interface
  • between vendors, partners, and internal TD SYNNEX teams
  • Translate vendor strategies
  • into clear, actionable partner initiatives
  • Support pricing, deal structuring, and basic commercial negotiations
  • Collaborate closely with
  • sales, pre-sales (FSE), and marketing
  • to execute go-to-market activities
  • Maintain
  • accurate pipeline
  • visibility and regular forecast updates
  • Build strong, long-term partner and vendor relationships

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development
  • , sales, or partner management within the IT or cloud solutions industry
  • Good understanding of
  • UCaaS and/or CCaaS
  • solutions (telephony, cloud communications, contact centers)
  • Experience working with
  • channel partners and vendors
  • Proficiency in Portuguese, and good English level.
  • Strong commercial mindset with basic negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
  • Strong relationship-building skills in a matrix, multinational environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
