To do that, we need people who combine sharp thinking with the initiative to build what doesn’t yet exist. About The Role We are a lean team making big moves. AI is already part of how our management team works – and it’s proving to be one of the most immediate productivity accelerators we’ve seen. Now we want to go further. This is a newly created role. You will be Circulose’s first dedicated digital and AI leader – responsible for both building the infrastructure that powers our operations and embedding AI into how we work, think, and grow. You’ll own our existing IT landscape while architecting what comes next: a company that uses intelligent tools as a genuine competitive advantage. The role reports to the CFO and sits in the extended leadership team. It is based at Circulose’s headquarters in Stockholm. Where You’ll Have Outsized Impact AI in the modern factory. Our operations are the engine of Circulose. We want AI deeply embedded in how the factory runs – from quality, throughput and process optimization to predictive maintenance and the daily decisions on the floor. You will partner with operations to identify, prototype and scale the use cases that move the needle, and you’ll be just as comfortable on the factory floor as in a leadership meeting.
