About the job
As Head of Global Sales & Marketing, you lead and scale our global sales organization, with marketing as a strategic enabler of sales success. You define and execute the global sales strategy across the Tool Flow Solutions software portfolio, customer segments, and routes to market, ensuring strong pipeline generation, disciplined execution, and predictable revenue outcomes. You report to the President of Tool Flow Solutions and are a member of the Management Team.
Job responsibilities
Drive a multi‑motion go‑to‑market approach across product‑led, enterprise direct, and partner‑led sales models
Build, lead, and continuously develop a strong global sales organization with clear expectations and strong sales leadership
Own sales execution and performance management end-to-end: targets, forecasting, pipeline governance, and KPIs
Strengthen customer relationships to drive expansion, renewals, upselling, and long‑term retention in close collaboration with Product and Customer Success teams
Ensure marketing activities directly enable sales effectiveness through clear messaging, focused campaigns, and lead generation
