Responsibilities

• This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will work cross-functionally across production, development, and commercial teams.
• You will take ownership of projects end-to-end, ensuring they are clearly planned, efficiently executed, and delivered with high quality.
• At the same time, you will play an important role in improving how projects are planned, prioritised, executed, and followed up across the organisation.

• What you’ll do
• Own and drive projects primarily focused on product industrialisation, production preparation, and implementation into production — both for internal products and customer projects.
• Projects may include:
• Industrialisation initiatives
• Product development
• Product implementation
• Production preparation and manufacturing readiness
• Production-related development projects
• Internal improvement projects
• You will also:
• Create structure, momentum, and clarity in a growing organisation
• Work actively in digital project and planning tools (primarily Zoho Projects)
• Align teams across production, development, and sales
• Identify risks early and ensure they are managed and mitigated
• Follow up on timelines, resources, and project performance
• Ensure clear communication, transparency, and traceability
• Contribute to improving processes, workflows, and ways of working
