HR Technology Partner

We’re looking for an HR Technology Partner for a global company in either Gothenburg or Skövde. Start is ASAP, 1 year limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in either Gothenburg or Skövde.

Assignment description

Purpose

As an HR Technology Partner, you will play a central role in driving our efforts to digitalize and modernize the HR (Human resources) function and contribute to the organization's AI journey. You will promote the use of People Analytics and advanced technologies to optimize efficiency and decision-making. This role requires close collaboration within and outside the HR function. By digitalizing and enhancing People Analytics, you will help develop forward-looking workforce strategies aligned with our business goals and cultural values of Caring, Collaboration, and Creating Excellence.
