About the Role You will take a central role in modernizing the HR function in a global powertrain environment where digitalization, data, and AI are becoming increasingly important. The focus is on strengthening People Analytics, improving HR systems and workflows, and turning data into insights that support better decisions across the business. In this role, you will work closely with HR, Digital, IT, and business stakeholders to connect technology with practical HR needs. You will help shape how the organization uses data, automation, and modern tools to improve efficiency, employee experience, and long-term workforce planning. Job DescriptionYou will drive and develop People Analytics, reporting, dashboards, and HR data analysis to support business decisions. You will ensure high-quality HR data management and create insights related to workforce trends, engagement, compensation, and ESG. You will lead the digital transformation of the HR function through automation, AI, and continuous improvement. You will drive implementation and optimization of HR systems, tools, and digital solutions. You will lead HR technology and system-related projects together with HR, Digital, IT, and business stakeholders. You will act as a key interface between HR and Digital for system integrations and future development initiatives. You will provide ongoing support and updates within HR systems and the wider HR function. You will lead or contribute to broader HR-related projects beyond the HRIS scope. Yo
