As Group IT Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the Group’s IT function and play a key role in ensuring that IT effectively supports the business in a complex, international environment.
You will drive development and structure within IT while ensuring stable operations and high security. The role involves close collaboration with the executive team, business operations, local IT resources, and external partners – acting as the link between technology and business.
A central part of the role is to lead the integration and harmonization of IT across companies and sites, and to ensure a scalable, business-oriented IT environment with clear governance and prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for Group IT, including strategy and operations
- Ensure stable, secure, and cost-efficient IT delivery
- Drive IT governance, prioritization, and budgeting
- Lead IT transformation and integration of new companies
- Develop standardized, business-driven ways of working
- Own information security and risk management
- Coordinate IT resources and external vendors
- Support the business within ERP, EDI, databases, and production IT

- We are looking for an experienced IT leader with a background in international, manufacturing environments. You are used to working close to the business and have a strong understanding of business-critical IT environments, integrations, and change processes in complex organizations.
