About the Role You will join a global procurement environment where sourcing decisions, supplier performance and cross-functional collaboration have a direct impact on product development. In this role, you will support a team focused on seats and take ownership of sourcing and supplier management activities in a complex category with many interfaces. You will work closely with stakeholders in R&D, Quality, Finance and Logistics, as well as suppliers in an international setup. This is a role for you who enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution and want to influence both commercial results and long-term supplier performance. What makes the role interesting is the chance to drive key sourcing decisions in a technically complex automotive environment. Job DescriptionDrive and support sourcing activities within the TopHat scope Lead commercial negotiations and work with supplier cost performance within agreed mandates Manage supplier performance, cost development and risk-related topics Act as the procurement interface towards R&D and project teams Contribute to procurement processes, governance and continuous improvement Work with established purchasing processes and ways of working in a global organization RequirementsSeveral years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement Strong commercial understanding and experience leading negotiations Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and project organizations A structured, analytical and pragmatic way of working Ability to work independently and contribute quickly in an established organization Fluency in English, written and spoken Ability
