Your New Role
We are looking for an HR Technology Partner to our client, an international industrial company operating in a global environment.
This is a role for you who want to work at the intersection of HR, technology, data and business development. You will play an important part in the continued digitalization of the HR function, with a focus on HR systems, People Analytics, automation and AI-driven solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with HR, Digital, IT and business stakeholders to improve how HR uses data, systems and modern ways of working. You will help turn HR data into valuable insights, drive digital initiatives and support the organization in building more efficient, data-driven and future-oriented HR processes.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Driving and developing People Analytics, HR reporting, dashboards and HR data analysis.
Ensuring high-quality HR data and insights to support business decisions.
Leading HR digitalization initiatives through automation, AI and process improvements.
Driving implementation, optimization and development of HR systems and digital solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors.
Leading HR technology projects in close collaboration with HR, Digital, IT and business stakeholders.
Acting as an important link between HR and Digital in system integrations and future development initiatives.
Supporting the HR organization in adopting new digital tools, AI solutions and modern ways of working.
Identifying improvement opportunities and recommending solutions that improve efficiency, employee experience and data-driven decision-making.
