Senior Retail Designer

What you’ll do

As a Senior Retail Designer, you’ll lead and deliver store projects across the globe, shaping high‑quality retail environments that bring H&Ms brand DNA to life. You’ll combine strong design expertise with guidance and support for others, contributing to both projects and ways of working.

→ lead the development of retail and interior concepts aligned with brand identity, commercial objectives and strategy

→ create and review high‑quality architectural drawings, interior design packages and construction documents

→ act as an informal leader for Retail Designers by sharing best practices, offering guidance and supporting development

→ resolve complex technical and design challenges through innovative and practical solutions

→ present design work clearly and professionally using plans, sections, 3D models and visualisations

→ manage projects to realistic timelines, ensuring structure, clarity and strong documentation

→ follow up on projects, capturing learnings and identifying improvements for future development

Who you’ll work with

You’ll work closely with the Retail Design Manager, Retail Designers, cross‑functional teams, brands, local markets, consultants and external partners across H&M.
