We're looking for a Machine Vision Engineer who thrives at the intersection of optics, software, and manufacturing intelligence. You won't just maintain systems — you will shape how machines see the world. If you have mastered Cognex VisionPro, love debugging stereo vision setups, and write clean C# code, this role is built for you.
Develop, configure, and maintain machine vision systems using Cognex VisionPro for inspection and measurement
Write, modify, and optimize C# scripts to power and enhance vision applications
Set up, calibrate, and debug 2D stereo (binocular) positioning systems from scratch
Tune and troubleshoot vision systems at measurement and inspection stations on live production lines
Integrate vision solutions into production environments and ensure stable, reliable performance
Work alongside automation, mechanical, and software teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Document system configurations, calibration procedures, and debugging processes for long-term maintainability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Automation, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field
Hands-on experience with Cognex VisionPro or a comparable industrial vision platform
Strong proficiency in C# scripting and software development within vision applications
Solid understanding of 2D stereo vision principles and end-to-end calibration workflows
Proven experience debugging vision systems in inspection or measurement environments
Familiarity with the DCCK framework or a similar software architecture
Must be legally eligible to work in Sweden (valid work permit or EU/EEA citizenship required)
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) language is an added advantage
