About this role

Curious about combining technical problem-solving with international customer collaboration in a high-tech environment? Cavitar is now looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to support its global distributor network and grow into a future sales role.

What will you be doing?

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will join Cavitar's expert organization of around 20 professionals based in Tampere. You will work closely with the Sales Director as well as Cavitar's sales, support, and engineering teams. In this role, you will act as a key link between Cavitar's international distributors, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Your daily work will focus on supporting distributors and partners with product selection, technical questions, quotations, and various operational sales tasks. You will communicate actively by email, phone, and online meetings with customers around the world. As you grow into the role, you will also participate in customer and distributor meetings as well as business reviews.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to combine technical understanding with commercial work. Over time, the position can develop into a broader sales role with increasing responsibilities and long-term career growth opportunities within the company.
