We are looking for a General Manager, Supply Management, Exhaust Treatment with a main responsibility to develop our sourcing functions.

The preferred location for this position is in Moss, Norway or Vaasa, Finland.

Your role and responsibilities

As General Manager of Supply Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our global sourcing strategy, ensuring that our supply chain supports both current business needs and future growth. You will lead, inspire, and develop a globally distributed team of 15 supply management professionals, fostering a high-performance culture built on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategic sourcing initiatives, strengthening supplier partnerships, and ensuring cost-effective, sustainable, and resilient supply chain operations.
