About this role
Do you have a passion for rich flavours, lively rhythms, and warm hospitality? Cubanska is seeking an energetic Bartender to join our team and bring the spirit of Cuba to life on every plate and in every glass.
Responsibilities
- Mix and serve Cuban classics like mojitos, daiquiris, Cuba libres, and tropical rum-based drinks
- Provide friendly, upbeat service and engage with guests
- Maintain a clean, organised bar and manage stock
- Collaborate with the floor and kitchen staff for smooth service
Requirements
- Knowledge of Latin cocktails and Cuban spirits (rum, bitters, fresh herbs, tropical juices)
- Previous bar experience in a bar/restaurant or high-volume setting
- Working language: Some of the following English, Spanish, Finnish and/or Swedish.
- EU citizenship or a valid work/resident permit for Finland
- Great personality, customer focus, and ability to work under pressure
- Creativity and pride in presentation
