You can join our team as a Senior Compensation Analyst, providing compensation support for multiple organizations and/or locations.
Your key responsibilities:
Support the Senior Manager, Compensation Projects in executing the Global Compensation strategy that supports the attraction, retention and wellbeing of our diverse workforce
As part of the strategy execution, you will focus on alignment with the wider Ericsson Compensation Programs and Projects
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Ericsson teams, to ensure compensation projects and initiatives are fully planned and executed in a timely and accurate fashion
Manage and propose relevant initiatives for approval, taking into consideration costs, communications and the people impact
Lead on compensation projects including Job Architecture design, Pay Transparency, Pay for Performance & Pay for Impact initiatives, Success Factors Implementation, Short-Term Incentive Design, Reward & Recognition programs amongst other compensation harmonization deliverables
Lead on external vendor management, negotiating and managing compensation providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality service provision
Supporting the Senior Manager, Compensation Projects in executing a proactive communications program covering all compensation aspects
Provide leadership and guidance to wider HR team
