You can join our team as a Senior Compensation Analyst, providing compensation support for multiple organizations and/or locations.

Your key responsibilities:

Support the Senior Manager, Compensation Projects in executing the Global Compensation strategy that supports the attraction, retention and wellbeing of our diverse workforce

As part of the strategy execution, you will focus on alignment with the wider Ericsson Compensation Programs and Projects

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Ericsson teams, to ensure compensation projects and initiatives are fully planned and executed in a timely and accurate fashion

Manage and propose relevant initiatives for approval, taking into consideration costs, communications and the people impact

Lead on compensation projects including Job Architecture design, Pay Transparency, Pay for Performance & Pay for Impact initiatives, Success Factors Implementation, Short-Term Incentive Design, Reward & Recognition programs amongst other compensation harmonization deliverables

Lead on external vendor management, negotiating and managing compensation providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality service provision

Supporting the Senior Manager, Compensation Projects in executing a proactive communications program covering all compensation aspects

Provide leadership and guidance to wider HR team

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience as a compensation expert in a global company
  • Project Management & Project Delivery Experience
  • ‘Can do’ Attitude
  • Knowledge of global compensation trends, regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building relationship at all levels of the organization
  • Experience evaluating roles and ensuring consistent job leveling across the organization
  • Experience analyzing internal equity, pay compression, and market positioning trends.
  • Corporate compensation management experience (8+ years)
