Development Manager, Digital Channel Development

Are you an experienced professional with a passion for leading a cross-functional team and a vision for digital products? We offer a chance to join our team as a Development Manager, shaping the future of Veikkaus' digital channels. In our organisation, we are focused on building a software development environment that empowers teams and drives high-impact results. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Our team develops and maintains Veikkaus' digital channels, website and mobile apps for the biggest online consumer store in Finland. We offer a wide range of games and gaming products with safe, responsible, and innovative gaming experiences. As the Development Manager, you will act as a technical product owner, leading a cross-functional team to deliver outstanding web and app solutions for our customers.

In this role, your focus is on leading your team and steering the development of our web and app services in an agile environment. You'll collaborate with developers, designers, QA, data scientists, and other experts to define the product vision and roadmap. You will foster a culture of learning and knowledge-sharing, guide the team in delivering high-quality solutions, and ensure that our products meet the needs of our users.
