Role Summary
As a Senior Research Analyst, you will uncover what drives consumer behavior and transforms insights into strategic impact. This role focuses on conducting in-depth market research, connecting diverse consumer insights, and delivering holistic reports that guide senior management in making consumer-centric decisions. By leveraging digital tools and predictive analysis, you’ll anticipate trends and enable actionable recommendations. Acting as a trusted partner to leadership, you’ll play a key role in answering critical business questions and shaping strategies that put the consumer at the center.
Main Accountabilities
Own the generation and management of 360-degree consumer insights, working hand-in-hand with marketing, commercial, and business planning teams.
Conduct advanced analyses to enhance consumer experiences and provide strategic, data-driven recommendations.
Translate complex consumer data into clear, actionable steps for key collaborators.
Accelerate digital analytics and predictive modeling, ensuring our insights remain innovative.
Design and document solutions for new systems and process enhancements.
Serve as a subject matter expert for consumer research and analytics, supporting colleagues and partners.
Design, brief, create and deliver market insights that enable faster, more informed business decisions.
Implement, maintain and adapt global research tools and trackers, ensuring they meet local market needs.
