About this role

We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist/Order Entry & Admin Support for a global company in either Västerås or Nyköping. Start is ASAP, 7 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in either Västerås or Nyköping.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders and support order-related inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling and delivery follow-up
  • Support and improve electronic order flows and internal processes
  • Work in SAP and other internal systems/tools
  • Ensure timely communication with customers and stakeholders
  • Identify improvement areas and support process development

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in customer service, order handling, or administration
  • Experience working in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Swedish is mandatory, English basic knowledge required
  • Business Administration education or equivalent experience is preferred
  • This is a full-time consultant position in Västerås or Nyköping through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 7 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in either ästerås or Nyköping.
