We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist/Order Entry & Admin Support for a global company in either Västerås or Nyköping. Start is ASAP, 7 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in either Västerås or Nyköping.
Responsibilities
Manage customer orders and support order-related inquiries
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling and delivery follow-up
Support and improve electronic order flows and internal processes
Work in SAP and other internal systems/tools
Ensure timely communication with customers and stakeholders
Identify improvement areas and support process development
Requirements
1–3+ years of experience in customer service, order handling, or administration
Experience working in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication and coordination skills
Swedish is mandatory, English basic knowledge required
Business Administration education or equivalent experience is preferred
This is a full-time consultant position in Västerås or Nyköping through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 7 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in either ästerås or Nyköping.
