Quality Engineer

Are you a Quality Engineer who wants to build things properly - not just test them after the fact? We're building React (Next.js) components that integrate into existing digital channels. These components don't live in isolation - they operate within a broader ecosystem of APIs, data flows, and dependencies. About The Role

You won't be here just to "test features." You'll work with teams from the beginning - shaping how quality is approached across the lifecycle:from idea and design

through development and integration

to production and real usage

Your focus is simple: reduce risk early, not detect it late.

What you'll be working withReact / Next.js (App Router)

REST APIs and integrations

Systems where data, integrations, and dependencies matter

What you'll be doingDefine test plans based on risk, not templates

Help design for testability and fast feedback

Ensure automation is part of development, not an afterthought

Focus on API contracts, integrations, and data flows

Build confidence through CI/CD pipelines that people trust

Work closely with developers - as a partner, not a gatekeeper
