We are now looking for a Head of Sales Infrastructure & Heavy Industry to join us in Finland. In this role, you will lead our Sales team in Finland focusing on Infrastructure, Grid and Heavy Industry Segments. You are eager to develop further in these exciting and fast-growing areas, and you feel at home in a professional innovative environment with utilities, renewable developers, Heavy Industry end users, EPC partners working on electrification and decarbonization. You will be part of Schneider Finland country leadership team.

What you'll be doing:

As our Head of Sales Infrastructure & Heavy Industry, you will:Be responsible for growing our market share in Grids, Infra & Heavy Industry segments

Own the P&L of the Power Systems business in Finland

Join and contribute to the management team of Schneider Finland

Lead the sales team through coaching, facilitation, and follow-up, while ensuring turnover and results for one of our biggest growth areas in Finland

Have C-level relations with key end users & EPC partners

The team you will lead works nationally with sales and consulting towards end customers, utilities, and EPC contractors, within everything from small projects to major electrification & decarbonization projects.

To be successful in the role, we see that you have:Suitable educational degree (i.e., technical, or commercial degree)

Previous experience in sales leadership role if possible or strong stakeholder management skills
