We are looking for our next Social Media Lead. In this role, you will lead Axel Arigato's organic social media strategy by developing culturally relevant, platform-specific content that enhances brand identity, drives community engagement, and establishes the brand as a leader in digital culture. This position integrates creative strategy, direct content production, and operational management to ensure the delivery of high-performing social media output.
Responsibilities
- Channel Strategy & Management: oversee daily posts on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, Threads, and new platforms; maintain brand voice and aesthetic; manage and optimize targeting and scheduling
- Content Planning & Creation: develop concepts, shoot, and edit short-form, video-first content; build moodboards and shot lists; capture content in-office, at events, retail, and shoots
- Influencer & Creator Coordination: assist with creator campaigns.
